NEW BUILD - SHAWFORD
After an extensive tendering process Stacco was awarded the demolition and rebuild of this large house, working directly with the Client. Our brief was to update the internal living space and create an external finish that would be sympathetic with the surrounding area. The new house was built on the existing foundations and benefited from many bespoke features including an oak and glazed staircase, a bespoke kitchen, and underfloor heating throughout. The new design was also split level in order to make use of the sloping ground conditions.
